Open Loop, and Tap on the Search Icon on the Bottom. Enter your Location, and Select Date (Optional) and tap Post Trip button.

Step 2: Fill Out Your Trip Information

Fill out the trip information in the concise form. You can also choose your waypoints should you choose to stop to more cities along the way (Earn more by providing range of locations😉). Also, have the freedom of choosing recurring trips or just one trip at a time.

How do I sign up and create an account as a passenger?

Signing up as a driver or passenger is easy and passwordless. Simply open your app-store/play-store and download our app and open it. Enter your mobile phone number, verify your contact information with the provided OTP code, provide additional details, agree to our policies, set up your profile, and you're all set. For future logins, our passwordless authentication system will send a verification code to confirm your identity! We are always looking forward to suggestions and opportunities on how can we make your experience better!

What happens if my driver cancels the ride?

We understand that cancellations can be inconvenient, and we strive to minimize such occurrences. In the event of a cancellation, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and work diligently to ensure a smooth and prompt resolution by providing your more options to look at on the app. Also, we flag the driver's accounts based on number of cancellations they have done, and once they surpass the limit, they will be restricted for a certain period from accessing our platform.

How do I rate and provide feedback for my driver?

Once the ride is completed, you'll be provided with an option to rate and provide feedback for your driver through the same Ride Information page. We will try not to bug you too much to rate, but understand that your feedback is very important to make this platform a better place!

How do I pay for my rides?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We currently do not accept PayPal or Cheques. (But, Well never say never right!😉. We are actively working on bringing more payment options for you.)

How do I sign up as a driver?

There are no separate signups for driver or a passenger, The process is same for both. We have designed it in such a way so that you do not have to go through the registration process multiple times in order to use the platform.

What are the requirements to become a driver on the app?

The requirement is to have a driver's license and to be at least 18 years old or older. You must also be able to provide a valid driver's license or show it to the passenger if the passenger requests you to. We also have a verification process, which can help you become a verified driver on our app, which eventually helps you get more rides. (P.S. And it's free!)

How and when do I get paid as a driver?

All of the driver's has access to payout dashboard in their account. It can be accessed through Profile -> Settings Gear (Top Left Corner) -> Payout. You will be able to see the records in there to keep track of your earnings. We have a dedicated team that monitors your earnings and pays you once a week.

You only have one price box, while you allow entering multiple waypoints as well. So how does the pricing for multiple waypoints work?

Our platform is designed in a way to provide the maximum ease of use and relieve of any extra worries. Our smart platform automatically performs real time calculations depending upon the distance the passenger will be travelling and it will show them the most relavent price for the trip. This does not mean you will get paid less, our system will automatically take care of that based on your total trip cost vs. the amount of distance they will be travelling.
